With 30 years of experience in international Business Development roles within large groups, mid-sized companies and SMEs, including more than 10 years responding to public calls for tender in infrastructure and services for states and local authorities, I have developed a strategic and operational approach to public procurement to ensure a high success rate in winning calls for tender.

 

Unlike consultants who sometimes have a purely theoretical or administrative approach, mine is results-oriented.

OUR APPROACH

Having handled dozens of complex calls for tenders in sometimes very unfavorable conditions with strong existing competition, we know that calling on an external expert to respond to them offers significant advantages in increasing the relevance and competitiveness of the response, well beyond its compliance.

These come both from the specifications, but also from discussions with the client and its stakeholders.

 

These latter sources of information are often neglected and result in missing the target because the relevant information is often absent from the tender documents.

Canned responses don't work. It's crucial to tailor your offering specifically to the needs of the client and their ecosystem, being creative in presenting your solution while remaining consistent with the formal expectations of the call for tender.
